KINGTEX GROUP CO., LIMITED was established in Hong Kong in 2000, with its origins in Feiyang Trading. The group connects fabric development, garment OEM/ODM, cross-border wholesale, home textile manufacturing and local services in overseas markets.
Manufacturing operations in mainland China coordinate weaving, dyeing, sewing and inspection. Our Hong Kong trading platform supports cross-border business, while our Japan company works with local buyers and distribution channels.

KINGTEX GROUP CO., LIMITED was established in Hong Kong in 2000, originally as Feiyang Trading Co., Limited. Over 26 years serving Japan's textile and apparel market, we have developed an integrated business covering fabric development, garment OEM/ODM, cross-border garment wholesale, home textile contract manufacturing and local services overseas.
The Group's standardized sewing production bases in mainland China are supported by weaving, dyeing, finishing and inspection lines, with annual garment processing capacity exceeding one million pieces. Our Japan subsidiary serves as a core East Asian operating hub. We work with more than 200 Japanese fashion chains, physical retailers and star-rated hotels.
Drawing on Hong Kong's international trading platform, we connect customs clearance, warehousing and delivery into a coordinated network: production in mainland China, trade through Hong Kong and local service in Japan.
Qualifications and recognition
The Group holds ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management certifications, obtained in 2022 and maintained since. It became a member of a Japanese apparel industry association in 2023 and holds qualifications for compliant textile business in Japan. In 2024, it received a Hong Kong quality supplier award.

Our history
Renamed KINGTEX GROUP CO., LIMITED, the business expanded into garment OEM and established partner sewing factories in mainland China.
Ready-stock garment wholesale for Japan was added, expanding the range to womenswear, childrenswear and workwear.
KINGTEX JAPAN CO., LTD. was established, with local sales and warehouse operations teams.
The Group obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and joined a Japanese textile products industry association.
A dedicated garment inspection workshop for Japan was upgraded to meet Japanese broken-needle and antibacterial fabric testing requirements. The number of local customers exceeded 200.

Chairman's message
Dear friends, colleagues and visitors,
I am Yu Yi, Chairman of KINGTEX GROUP CO., LIMITED.
The company was founded with a simple intention: to bring people fine clothing, offering warmth in winter, comfort in summer and confidence in their appearance. This inspired the name “Jinzhi” (锦致). From its beginnings, Jinzhi has passed through ten cycles of the seasons, growing from an infant into a young child. In the coming ten and twenty years, I believe it will continue to develop through youth into maturity.
During those first ten years, Jinzhi grew in scale and strength. We moved from trading alone to trading and production, and then to trading, production and technology. Our business model evolved from an asset-light approach to a combination of light and heavy assets. Looking ahead, we intend to move toward trade, technology and services, using asset-light activities to connect with and support asset-intensive production. As “Made in China 2026” progresses, we will increase investment in technology and promote the shift from labor-intensive to technology-intensive operations. I believe Jinzhi can move from following the industry's development to helping lead it, creating a brighter future.
I offer my heartfelt thanks to the visitors who share our aspirations, to the longstanding and new friends who have supported KINGTEX, and to the colleagues who work with such dedication and care.
